For the glass replacement you need:
- the invoice
- supporting statement of the claimed deficiency

The service guarantee is not granted in the following cases:
- improper installation performed by unqualified personnel. 
- cracks appeared after different types of shocks: mechanical, thermal or as a result of a deformed windshield
- cracks due to extreme weather phenomena or in cases of major force.
